RILEY AND SONS ENHANCES THEIR MOBILE SERVICES

ANDERSON, In. – Riley & Sons has recently partnered with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to enhance their mobile services.  “Our goal is to continue to provide our customers with enhanced services that make the repair process easier.  When someone has an accident it disrupts their entire life until their vehicle is repaired and back on the road.  One of the biggest inconveniences for the customer is making time for the drop off, and pick-up of their vehicle for the repair process.  Many times this causes a customer to either rearrange their daily routine or take time off work to transport their car. We are hoping our Enhanced Pickup and Delivery Service will make the repair process a little easier for our customers,” says Tim Riley.

Riley & Sons’ Enhanced Pickup and Delivery Service will allow the customer to no longer have to worry about transporting their car or rearranging their schedule to get their vehicle to the repair facility.  Riley & Sons will take the rental car directly to the customer, whether that is at home, work, or wherever.  Riley & Sons will then transport their damaged car back to the repair facility to begin repairs.  Upon completion of those repairs, Riley & Sons will then deliver the repaired vehicle back to the customer’s choice location, take care of all paperwork, accept payment due, and pick up the rental car and return it back to the rental agency.  All of this resulting in less inconvenience for the customer, whose life is already busy enough.  Riley & Sons also offers mobile estimating, extended hours, a free shuttle service, and pickup and delivery for those customers that do not have rental car coverage.
