RILEY AND SONS EXTENDS THEIR REACH TO PENDLETON WHILE CONTINUING TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE
ANDERSON, In. – Riley & Sons has purchased Boles Chevrolet Body shop. Tim Riley, long time Pendleton resident and co-owner Dave Driggers, have inked a deal to purchase Boles Body Shop. The purchase will provide Pendleton and surrounding area residents with expanded auto-body collision services while providing the same personal customer service that patrons have come to expect from Boles Body Shop.
According to Tim Riley, “Riley and Sons has been in the auto collision repair business for fifty years. While technology and the insurance industry have changed, Riley and Sons has consistently provided timely delivery and excellent customer service. We are a local company founded on local values, and we intend to maintain that standard.” Rick Corbin, long time Boles Body Shop manager will continue to run the daily operations of the Pendleton facility.
Rick Corbin is a natural addition to the Riley staff with his 15+ years of customer service experience in the auto industry and his knowledge of the area. Rick believes “This is perfect match and I am excited about the possibilities for increased service offerings that Riley’s will bring to the area.” Riley and Sons will be remodeling and enhancing the current facility’s exterior, as well as, the interior to house up-to-date collision repair equipment and processes. The Pendleton facility will remain open during renovations to accommodate area customers.
Riley and Sons is one of the largest collision repair facility in Madison County and has been recognized by CSI Complete, an independent market survey organization, as an industry leader in customer service.
Dave Driggers, Riley and Sons co-owner, believes their organization will be able to contribute to the community not only in the services that they will provide but also by their commitment to the residents of Madison County. “We will remain committed to the education of our county by partnering with Eberrett Education Center to fund two scholarships for students wishing to pursue a career in auto collision repair. We pride ourselves in collaborating with community organizations and area citizens to give back the loyalty that they have shown us. Education is just one way that we are able to do this.” Riley & Sons have been locally owned and serving the Anderson area along with the surrounding communities since 1957. Riley and Sons wishes the Boles’ family all the best in their future endeavors.
